Journals differ in manuscript structure, length limits, reference styles and image requirements. Even a completed study may need substantial technical and editorial preparation. We organise this work into one clear process.
We first examine the research topic and the intended journal’s scope. We discuss the article type, language and required materials. Then we adapt the manuscript to the journal’s requirements, cross-check data between sections and refine the abstract. Translation is included in the plan if needed.
Preparation covers figures, tables, captions, references and the cover letter. Author details, funding and other declarations are agreed with the client. On request, we help explain submission fields and the steps involved.
After peer review, we list the comments, propose a revision process and prepare responses. The author can see the changes made and questions requiring their decision. Support terms are agreed in advance; acceptance remains the editor’s decision.
