Website enquiries

When a request is submitted, NaukaPro receives the name, phone number, selected service, research area and task description. The user may also provide Telegram, email and a preferred deadline. The data is used to answer the enquiry, assess the task and agree the work.

Technical information

The request also records the date, enquiry page, referral source and any campaign tags. An irreversible hash of the IP address protects the form. Session cookies support the form and the protected part of the website. Third-party analytics are not connected by default.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in a database on the project’s hosting service. Authorised staff handling the enquiry have access. Data transfers are limited to operating the website and agreed communication tools. If email or Telegram notifications are enabled, request details are sent to the manager through the relevant service.

Processing period

Data is processed while the enquiry is considered and the agreed work is carried out, then for the period needed to meet obligations and applicable legal requirements. When there is no longer a basis for retaining it, data is deleted or anonymised.

User requests

Users may request corrections to their data, information about its processing or withdrawal of consent. Contact info@naukapro.uz. Include the contact details used in your original request. Do not send medical documents, passport details or other information unnecessary for the initial enquiry through the form.
