Statistical analysis starts with the research question. Do you need to compare treatments, assess changes, study relationships, evaluate diagnostic performance or develop a prediction model? We prepare an analysis plan for each task and agree the deliverables.
We check dataset structure, group coding, units, missing values, repeated observations and possible entry errors. Questionable values are discussed with the author. We then select descriptive statistics and comparison methods suited to the study design, distribution and data volume.
We analyse clinical, laboratory, instrumental, questionnaire, experimental and social data. Medical dissertations account for groups, subgroups, treatment stages and follow-up periods. For questionnaires, we examine total scores, subscales and internal consistency where required by the method.
Complete analysis includes interpretation. We explain differences, relationships and coefficients, report confidence intervals and state the conditions for applying methods. Tables, charts and text are aligned. Where needed, we help prepare the statistical methods section and the account of original results.
The report can be used in further dissertation or article work. We deliver editable materials, calculation notes and agreed source files. A reproducible analysis script can be included on request. During revision, we answer the author’s questions and address comments from the supervisor or reviewer.
